How does coaching work?

Every Micro School will have its learning coach. The coaches are people who have experience and education in teaching. Every day (Mon-Thu) students will meet with their coach to take the Character Core lesson together.  They will work together on completing the lessons, having activities, playing games, and learning. Coaches will help with grading and giving student feedback. 

Academic Core courses are student-led and not coach-led. Students will complete these courses at their own pace. However, students can join an optional math or writing lab every day at noon (Mountain Time) to get help from a math or writing tutor if needed.
