Cancel Micro School Enrollment


You can cancel your Micro School enrollment at any point. 

- If you enrolled using the Monthly plan you can cancel at any point without penalty. This plan doesn’t allow refunds for cancellation as stated in our Refund Policy. 

- If you enrolled using the Annual plan you will an automatic refund according to our Refund Policy. 

1. Login to your Micro School account
2. Sign in with your email and password
3. Click on “Enrollments” in the left bar
4. In your student’s enrollment box, click on the three little dots at the top right corner > Then click "Cancel Enrollment"
5. Complete the cancellation survey and click on the "Finish Survey" check box > Then click "Continue” 
6. Click on the "Electronic Signature" box and then click on "Confirm cancellation"
